Here at F&M Creative Service, we have implemented a multi-stage system for introducing our online store to the public.
TEST MODE
TEST MODE Ended on 15/02/2024
TEST MODE is indicated by purple banners at the top and bottom of all pages on our website. While in development, this mode will not process any orders and will not charge your payment method. It will allow us to run a variety of situations in a “sandbox” environment. Processing “test” credit cards and testing the various automated emails generated by the online store.
PRODUCTION MONITORING MODE

PRODUCTION MONITORING MODE is indicated by blue banners at the top and bottom of all pages on our website. In this mode, the store is “live” and fully functional. It will process all orders received and charge your chosen payment method accordingly. There is, however, more admin scrutiny than when the store is in FULL PRODUCTION MODE.
FULL PRODUCTION MODE
We aim to switch the online store over to this mode at the beginning of March 2024
FULL PRODUCTION MODE is not indicated by any banners. In this mode, the shop is fully functional and operating normally.
